By using EHB GoSellr, users agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and the other policies published on the platform. These terms apply to customers, sellers, shops, brands, service providers and other marketplace participants. Additional terms may apply to specific products, services, promotions or commercial arrangements — review the applicable information before completing a transaction.

Users are responsible for using their accounts honestly and securely.

• Provide accurate information when registering or placing an order.
• Protect your login credentials.
• Do not create false accounts or impersonate another person.
• Do not use another person's account without authorization.
• Update important information when it changes.

Orders are processed through the GoSellr marketplace and are subject to applicable product and payment conditions. Prices, availability and delivery information may change before an order is confirmed, and the order record is the primary reference for the confirmed transaction. Review material order information before payment, complete payment only through supported payment channels, and do not attempt to bypass platform payment or transaction controls.

Sellers and service providers are responsible for the information and fulfillment obligations associated with their listings. Listings must be accurate and not intentionally misleading, prices and availability should be kept current, and the seller or provider must have the right or authorization to offer the product or service. Confirmed orders should be fulfilled according to the applicable operational requirements, and sellers must cooperate with legitimate return, refund, replacement and complaint processes.

Users must not use GoSellr in a way that harms customers, businesses or the platform.

• Fraudulent transactions.
• Counterfeit, stolen, illegal or prohibited products.
• Manipulating ratings, reviews, promotions or marketplace systems.
• Uploading unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content.
• Interfering with platform security or attempting unauthorized access.

Platform content and branding must be used only in accordance with applicable rights and permissions. Users must not copy or misuse GoSellr branding or protected platform content without authorization. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to images, descriptions and other listing content, and GoSellr may restrict or remove content that violates applicable rights or platform rules.

GoSellr may take proportionate operational action where a policy or security concern is identified — a listing may be restricted or removed, a transaction may be placed on hold or cancelled where permitted, and an account may be temporarily restricted or suspended. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of marketplace access, and matters may be referred to an appropriate authority where required.

GoSellr may improve, update or modify platform features and policies as the marketplace develops. Availability of specific features may vary by user, location, product or service — review current policies before using material platform services. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
