Seller Guidelines

• Provide truthful and complete product or service information.
• Use accurate product images — do not intentionally misrepresent the item being offered.
• Keep prices and stock or availability information current.
• Have the legal right or authorization to sell the listed product or service.
• Never list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe or prohibited products.
• Clearly disclose material restrictions, category conditions and applicable return or exchange options before purchase.

• Process confirmed orders within the applicable operational requirements.
• Provide the correct product or service that the customer ordered.
• Cooperate with eligible return, replacement, refund and complaint processes.

• Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, promotions, orders or other marketplace systems.
• Do not use false verification badges or claim an EHB verification status that has not been approved.

Repeated or serious violations may result in listing restrictions, transaction holds, account restrictions or suspension under the applicable enforcement process.
