STL Verification
How Seller Qualification (STL) verification works on GoSellr — public-facing policy draft, final legal and compliance approval still pending.
What STL Verification is
Seller Qualification (STL) verification is intended to provide customers with clearer information about the qualification and trust status of participating sellers. A seller may be required to complete applicable identity, business or security verification before receiving an approved verification status.
How verification is checked
- Where applicable, EHB trust systems such as PSS and CRB may be used for identity, business, certification or credential checks.
- STL may provide an approved trust or quality signal based on the applicable EHB criteria.
- A verification badge or trust indicator is displayed only when the corresponding status has been approved and recorded by EHB or GoSellr.
- Sellers must keep submitted information and required documents accurate and current.
What verification does — and doesn't — mean
A verification status does not guarantee that every product, order or transaction will be problem-free. GoSellr may review or re-check verification information when there is a material change, complaint, security concern or other justified reason.
Verified Products & Listings
GoSellr is designed to support a more trusted product-discovery experience through seller qualification, listing controls and applicable product checks. Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, availability and material conditions, and where a product or category requires additional verification, the seller must complete the applicable process before the corresponding status or listing permission is granted.
Customers should review the seller information, product details, price, delivery information and applicable return or exchange conditions before placing an order. A verified seller or trust indicator does not by itself mean that every product is individually guaranteed — product-specific information and applicable marketplace rules continue to apply.
