GoSellr

Safe Payments

How payment, escrow, settlement and the EHB Wallet work on GoSellr — public-facing policy draft, final legal and compliance approval still pending.

Payment Model

For marketplace orders, customers pay through the EHB GoSellr payment system. GoSellr facilitates collection of the customer payment and, where a transaction is made on behalf of a seller or service provider, settles the eligible amount with the relevant party under the applicable settlement rules. Franchise fees, franchise licenses and other amounts payable directly to EHB Technologies are separate from marketplace seller transactions.

Escrow & Settlement

  • GoSellr may use escrow and settlement controls to help protect marketplace transactions.
  • Relevant transaction funds may remain protected during the applicable claim or settlement period.
  • Settlement eligibility is determined by the applicable order, return, refund and marketplace rules.
  • An approved refund or adjustment is processed through the supported refund or wallet flow.
  • Seller or service-provider settlement is handled according to the applicable commercial and settlement terms.

Payment Transparency

  • The amount payable by the customer is shown before the order is confirmed.
  • Applicable delivery charges, platform charges or other disclosed amounts are presented through the checkout or order flow.
  • The order record retains relevant payment and transaction information for support, settlement and dispute handling.
  • Customers should use GoSellr-supported payment channels for marketplace transactions.

Payment Process

Customers review the product or service, seller information, applicable charges and available delivery or return terms before payment, then complete eligible purchases through the payment methods supported by GoSellr. The payment flow records the transaction against the relevant order and seller or service provider, and — where the transaction is made on behalf of a seller — the eligible amount is settled with the relevant party under the applicable settlement rules.

EHB Wallet

EHB Wallet provides a digital account-based mechanism for eligible payment, refund, adjustment and settlement activities within the GoSellr ecosystem, keeping eligible transaction records connected to the relevant order and user account. Wallet functionality may vary according to the transaction type, user role and applicable EHB or GoSellr rules.

Transaction Records & Security

  • Wallet activity is handled through the applicable account and transaction controls.
  • Wallet activity may include transaction references, credits, debits, refunds and other required records.
  • Users are responsible for protecting their account access, passwords and authentication credentials.
  • GoSellr may apply reasonable security or verification controls to protect wallet-related transactions.

Refunds & Adjustments

  • The wallet may support eligible refunds and transaction adjustments.
  • Where a refund is approved, the eligible amount may be credited through the supported buyer wallet flow.
  • Approved order adjustments, refunds or applicable price differences may be reflected through the wallet where supported.
  • Any applicable buyer-responsible charge may be deducted or processed according to the saved order terms.

Banking & Payment Processing Overview

EHB GoSellr uses an online payment flow in which customers select eligible products or services and complete payment through the GoSellr checkout and applicable payment gateway. For marketplace transactions, GoSellr facilitates customer payment collection and maintains the transaction record; where the transaction is made on behalf of a seller or service provider, the eligible amount is settled with the relevant party under the applicable settlement arrangement. Payments for EHB franchise fees, franchise licenses or other direct EHB services are separately identifiable and payable directly to EHB Technologies, to keep marketplace and direct EHB transactions clearly reconciled.

Revenue & Commercial Model

EHB GoSellr operates as a digital marketplace connecting customers and participating businesses. Participating sellers and service providers may be subject to agreed marketplace, service, transaction or other commercial charges, and EHB may also receive revenue from direct company services, franchise fees or licenses under separate commercial arrangements. Applicable commercial rates and settlement terms are documented in the relevant seller, service-provider or franchise agreement.
